Our chefs' seasonal Colorado cuisine centers on an uncompromising commitment to beautiful ingredients and expertly executed preparations resulting in a concentrated depth of flavors.  When paired with genuine, graceful hospitality and breathtaking sunsets over Castle Peak, Silver Sage offers a thoughtful, distinguished dining experience.  Silver Sage is currently open for Member's Only dining with the All Day Menu from 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday and 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday & Tuesday. We will reopen for public dinner service in June 2027.
