Summer Thyme - Summer Thyme opens on May 18th

Located in the Guest Clubhouse at Red Sky Ranch Golf Club, Summer Thyme offers astonishing views of the Tom Fazio designed golf course combined with a delectable selection of approachable Colorado cuisine. Golfers and their guests are cordially invited to enjoy the welcoming dining room and the brilliant, sun-soaked patio daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Reservations are not required; however, Summer Thyme can be reached at (970) 754-8439.

Our chefs' seasonal Colorado cuisine centers on an uncompromising commitment to beautiful ingredients and expertly executed preparations resulting in a concentrated depth of flavors. When paired with genuine, graceful hospitality and breathtaking sunsets over Castle Peak, Silver Sage offers a thoughtful, distinguished dining experience. Silver Sage is currently open for members only daily from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. with the exception of Tuesdays 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Dinnner service opens for non-members Wednesday through Saturday starting on June 10th.
